Our 100 percent unpasteurized sweet apple cider is made weekly at the farm. The cider is McIntosh based and pressed with approximately eight varieties of apples to ensure a sweet, full-bodied, and crisp cider. Our fresh cider forms the basis of our famous cider donuts made daily year-round, and it’s incorporated into a seasonal array of our hot and cold infused ciders at our Boston Public Market location.
