Paragon

Sweet Tart
Description

Paragon is a Winesap-type apple: medium, round, ruby red with some russeting, and occasional patches of green. Its texture is crisp but a little dry, and the tough skin partially obscures its mild citrus flavor. It does not grow reliably in the North.
