Florina Querina, or simply Florina, is a large, mostly red apple with purple-red streaks over a yellow skin. It is sweet, aromatic, crisp and juicy, good for all purposes, especially for fresh eating. It stores well.

Developed at the Station D’Arboriculture Fruitière at Beaucouze for the Institute National de la Recherche Agronomiquein France for disease resistance, Florina Querina is a cross of Golden Delicious and a numbered variety that has the scab-resistant qualities of Jonathan and Rome Beauty.
