Brock is a large angular yellow blushed apple with a cream-colored flesh. Valued as a dessert apple, it is firm, crisp, juicy, and sweet. It is ready for picking in mid-October.

Brock is a cross of Golden Delicious and McIntosh. It was first grown in Maine in 1933, and was named after Henry Brock, a grower in Alfred, Maine.
