Description
EverCrisp is a sweet, crispy late-season apple that stores well. It has dense flesh like Fuji but the light crispness and juiciness of Honeycrisp, its two parents. EverCrisp is good for both fresh eating and cooking, and its flavor improves in storage.

EverCrisp was developed in Ohio in 2008, a decade after grower Mitch Lynd co-founded the Midwest Apple Improvement Association (MAIA), an apple-breeding project that enables growers of all sizes to participate in developing new, superior varieties.
