Description
Tremlett’s Bitter is a prized English bittersweet. It is a medium firm apple, yellow flushed with a deep red. It is often used in blends with sweeter ciders, as it produces an astringent juice with lots of tannin. Tremlett’s Bitter has a relatively short harvest in late October.
